Our UK Customer Care department offers repairs and servicing and facilitates the Leica Store Mayfair M Part-Exchange Programme.

Servicing and repairs

Owners visiting the Leica Store Mayfair in person can leave their item for repair or servicing with a Customer Care Technician. On-site diagnostics and sensor cleaning is provided and on-site repairs are generally available across our compact camera range.  With a one-week turnaround time, this provides our customers with an efficient and reliable UK based service. Light repairs and adjustments to optics are also provided on-site.

Other repairs are sent to our repair centre in Germany and, if you’re unable to visit Leica Store Mayfair in person, we can arrange a courier collection for your product.

M Part-Exchange

Our M Part-Exchange programme offers M owners the opportunity to part-exchange their current M body for a new Leica M.   A member of the Customer Care team will review second hand M bodies, provide on-site quotes, and issue credit notes, which can then be used when purchasing a new Leica M at Leica Store Mayfair. So whether it's inspiring M analogue users to go digital, or simply upgrading to the latest digital M, this service provides a good opportunity for photographers considering a new Leica M.
